Offerings

Where I meet
you.

I offer spaces for inner exploration — grounded in practice, open to wherever you are. Whether you're an individual, a community, or an organisation.

Individual

1:1 Sessions

A 60-minute space for whatever is alive. I don't arrive with a method — I arrive with presence. We might explore a pattern, sit with a question, practice together, or simply talk. Whatever wants to move, moves.

I work with people navigating transitions, inner inquiry, shadow material, or simply the desire to live more intentionally. I hold space particularly well for queer individuals, people with migrant backgrounds, and those who have felt unseen by conventional support.

Group

Circles & Sharings

Facilitated group spaces where people can actually meet each other — not perform. I draw on Plum Village deep listening practices, somatic awareness, and my experience facilitating across conflict, diversity, and difference.

Available for existing groups, communities, and organisations. Format adapted to what the group needs.

Organisations

Cultural Transformation

I work with organisations navigating the age of AI and rapid change — not just to implement technology, but to ask: from what consciousness are we building this? The integration is the entry point. The culture is the work.

I bring together engineering psychology, digital ethics, contemplative practice, and a genuine curiosity about how people actually function in systems.

Education

Mindful UX — University Course

I developed and taught a university course called Mindful UX: Designing from Presence & Responsibility — an interdisciplinary format for design, HCI, and media students. Less a teaching than a space-holding: students learn to notice their own inner states and integrate that awareness into their design decisions and ethical reasoning.

What the course explores

The central premise: UX quality is inseparable from the inner state of the designer. Students develop language for their own experience, apply it to real projects, and practice ethical reflection — not as a checkbox but as a living skill. Assessment focuses on decision quality, not output size. Presentation as shared insight, not pitch.

Available as a semester course (3–5 ECTS) or as intensive workshop format. Suitable for design, engineering psychology, HCI, and media programmes.
